Marvin is a hands-on, motivational leader with over twenty years of direct and bold management experience, mentoring mid-level and upper-level managers to success. Viewed as an enterprise problem solver, he is skilled in diversity management, due diligence process associated with team building, strategic planning, budgetary process, and Call Center Management.

Marvin possesses detailed knowledge of all major industries, including telecommunications, commercial accounts, credit cards, Student Loans and Insurance (Life, Health & Variable Annuity). He is a creative, energetic, hands-on executive with expertise in sales, customer retention, collections and financial services environments.
